Role Overview

The company is hiring Operations Executives for its quick commerce operations team in Andheri, Mumbai. This is an on-site position based at the dark store, and applicants should already be located in or near Andheri.

The role is designed for energetic professionals who can thrive in a demanding, fast-moving environment with a high level of ownership and little handholding. The work is highly execution-focused, and every task is expected to contribute directly to the overall mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-hour and same-day delivery operations, including inbound flow, outbound processing, and inventory control across dark stores in Mumbai.
• Partner with Zippee’s clients, including D2C brands, marketplaces, and e-commerce businesses, to support their growth and expansion.
• Maintain full compliance with dark store service standards across inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor coordination, and cash-on-delivery handling.
• Recruit, supervise, and keep motivated the dark store workforce, including inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery riders.
• Conduct weekly stock audits, manage COD reconciliation, support hiring, and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Contribute to building a strong team culture that supports scale and profitability.
