Role Overview
This opening is for a proactive Operations Coordinator who can support the daily running of training activities. It is suited to freshers, recent graduates, or applicants with up to one year of experience who want to grow in operations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with trainers, clients, and internal team members to keep communication smooth.
- Plan training sessions and share timely reminders with the relevant people.
- Keep attendance sheets, reports, and other simple records organized and up to date.
- Manage emails, phone conversations, and routine follow-ups.
- Assist in ensuring training programs run without disruption.
- Travel to training locations or join meetings when needed, around 2 to 3 times each week.
