Role overview
This position is for an experienced mobile app developer who can help improve AI systems by completing coding-focused training tasks. You will join a large community of technical contributors working on practical AI development projects across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related engineering areas.
The role combines flexibility with challenging technical work. You will collaborate with advanced AI models on assignments such as creating and solving coding problems, building polished apps with substantial functionality, and drawing insights from data analysis and visualization. Your contributions will help refine intelligent systems so they can learn, adapt, and improve.
Some contributors use this opportunity alongside another full-time job, while others take it on as their main focus, selecting projects and working times that fit their availability and goals.
How the selection process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will become available through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and solve a range of coding tasks that support AI training, with a strong emphasis on Android development.
- Produce well-structured code examples along with clear, helpful explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps shape future AI model behavior and quality.
Compensation and contract details
This is an independent contractor arrangement. Work is paid by the hour, with rates starting at $50-$100+ per hour and higher pay available for select projects. Payment is made through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any fees or send money.
Availability and location
The role is available only to applicants located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Candidates outside these countries will not currently see assessments or work opportunities on the platform.

This opportunity is offered on a flexible schedule, and you can choose projects and working hours based on your own availability. You will work on your own computer from your preferred location.
