Loss Prevention Executive

This position focuses on protecting stores and distribution centers through daily surveillance, incident handling, and loss-prevention support. Key responsibilities

• Keep a close watch on store and distribution center areas through scheduled patrols and CCTV monitoring to spot unusual activity or safety concerns.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence that discourages theft and breaches of company rules.
• Check that security systems such as cameras and alarms are operating properly and escalate any faults.
• Act quickly when security or safety incidents occur, including theft, accidents, or similar events.
• Document daily activities and incidents clearly and accurately.
• Secure evidence and support the SLP Manager with early-stage investigations when required.
• Carry out regular compliance checks to confirm staff are following security and safety procedures.
• Use basic record-keeping and analysis skills to track security inspections, audits, and incident trends.
• Support periodic stock counts and operational audits to help identify shrinkage sources.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong personal integrity, honesty, and professional ethics.
• Ability to keep records and perform basic analysis for monitoring tools, logs, and simple patterns.
• Sharp observation and strong attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods.
