Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Candidates should be graduates; both undergraduate and postgraduate applicants are eligible.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in email, chat, or another non-voice support process is mandatory.
• Applicants must be able to provide proper documentation, including offer letter, relieving letter, and salary slips.
• The role follows a 5-day work week with 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Work will be in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred, with joining expected within July 2026.
• Job location is Shriram Gateway, Perungalathur, within boundary limits.
