Kitchen Steward

Overview

Nour Arjaan by Rotana is seeking a proactive and self-driven Food & Beverage professional to join the team as a Kitchen Steward. This role is suited to someone who is eager to grow their career in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across food handling areas, storage spaces, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen tools, passageways, holding areas, and all operating equipment.
• Coordinate and work closely with kitchen and service colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Carry out assigned duties according to the roster, including rotating shifts.
• Complete stewarding tasks exactly as instructed by the team or supervisor.
• Support the team in reducing waste, breakage, and spoilage to the minimum possible level.

Education and Experience

A vocational background in food and beverage is preferred, along with prior experience working as a Kitchen Steward. Strong English communication skills are required.
