About Redcare Pharmacy

Redcare Pharmacy is a leading online pharmacy in Europe, focused on building a supportive, collaborative workplace where people feel appreciated and motivated to help advance the company’s mission: “Until every human has their health”. The role is part of a team-driven, innovation-oriented environment with a strong sense of purpose.

Role overview

In this position, you will help refine pricing approaches and support better revenue and margin outcomes across the markets you work on. You will partner with experienced pricing professionals, as well as Country Management and Category Management, to make sure pricing decisions are based on reliable analysis.

The opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys analytical work and wants to build deeper expertise in pricing within a fast-moving e-commerce setting. You will gain hands-on experience with sizable data sets, pricing systems, and cross-functional collaboration while developing your commercial understanding.

Key responsibilities

  • Improve and implement pricing measures on an ongoing basis to strengthen profitability and support the wider pricing structure of the assigned markets.
  • Track and evaluate performance indicators such as revenue and total contribution, spot trends, and suggest practical improvements based on the data.
  • Handle extensive datasets in Excel and R, creating clear analyses and insights together with the Data Science team to inform pricing choices.
  • Work closely with Country Management, Category Management, BI, and Data Science teams to prepare insights and align on pricing actions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of pricing tools and AI-based solutions to increase efficiency and improve transparency in processes.

Candidate profile

You should have at least 2 years of full-time professional experience in pricing, revenue management, or data analytics; experience in e-commerce is helpful but not mandatory. Strong Excel skills are required, including advanced formulas, lookups, and work with large data tables. Experience with R or R Studio is considered an advantage. You should be comfortable working with data, motivated by KPI analysis, and interested in improving performance in a structured way. Good English communication skills are needed, along with willingness to work onsite regularly with the Cologne-based team.
