The company is expanding globally and is hiring a Junior Front-End Developer from the MENA region to work remotely. What You Will Do

• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Translate UI and UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable front-end code.
• Create digital marketing assets that perform well and provide a smooth user experience on all devices.
• Partner with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver projects to a high standard.
• Support SEO, conversion rate improvement, and other performance-oriented website enhancements.
• Contribute ideas in team discussions and help improve development processes.
• Improve site speed, accessibility, and compatibility across major browsers.
• Ensure layouts and interfaces work effectively on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Follow best practices that support usability, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Update and manage WordPress sites and other content management systems.
• Implement content changes, page structures, and reusable templates.
• Assist with website refinements and new feature rollouts.
• Track down and fix front-end bugs and visual issues.
• Test sites across browsers and devices to support reliable performance.
• Maintain strong coding standards and consistent quality across projects.
• Keep up with current front-end tools, technologies, and industry practices.
• Take part in code reviews and learn from senior developers.
• Continuously strengthen technical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance assignments, personal projects, or junior-level work.
• Prior exposure to live websites or web applications is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or comparable front-end frameworks is a bonus.
• Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO-conscious front-end implementation.
• Experience with Git or another version control tool.
• Comfort using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
• Basic knowledge of performance tuning and cross-browser testing.
• Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and keep improving.
• Strong planning and time-management skills.
• Nice-to-have experience includes Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, WCAG accessibility standards, JavaScript build tools, and modern development workflows.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• English fluency is preferred; Arabic is a strong plus.
