About the opportunity

The agency is hiring a Junior Copywriter who is eager to learn how high-performing paid social creative is developed. In this role, you will collaborate with Creative Strategists, Designers, and Producers to transform client briefs into concepts designed to perform across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, pays attention to ads that grab their attention, and wants to understand why certain creatives scale while others fade away. You will build skills in crafting attention-grabbing hooks, action-driving scripts, and conversion-focused copy, while also learning how performance data can elevate creative work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Creative Strategists and Designers to take client briefs from initial idea through final delivery.
  • Help shape concepts that combine originality with business goals.
  • Bring new angles, hooks, and copy-first ideas to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  • Work with Designers to ensure visual and written elements support each other, especially in static creative where every word matters.
  • Write copy for multiple paid social formats, including hooks, UGC scripts, headlines, CTAs, static ads, and supporting assets.
  • Develop a strong sense of what makes people pause, engage, and convert.
  • Learn each client’s tone of voice and apply it consistently across deliverables.
  • Tailor copy for different audiences, placements, and platforms within paid social.
  • Use performance results and testing feedback to refine and improve creative over time.
  • Approach every test as a chance to learn what drives winning creative.
  • Build an eye for emerging patterns, trends, and opportunities before they become obvious.
