Role overview

Grupo Universal Textil is hiring a full-time Junior AI Engineer / AI Analyst in Singapore. The role follows a hybrid setup, with a mix of office-based teamwork and partial work-from-home flexibility.

This position is centered on helping create, train, and roll out AI-driven solutions that support textile manufacturing, quality assurance, and overall operational improvement. You will work with data, machine learning models, and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into practical tools used in day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

Your work will include preparing datasets, supporting model development, and helping bring AI features into existing workflows and systems. You will also contribute to research, reporting, and ongoing performance tracking.

Technical and domain expectations

The role calls for a solid grounding in computer science fundamentals, hands-on familiarity with machine learning, and the ability to work with programming and data tools. Exposure to NLP is useful, and the team is also open to someone eager to build that capability.
