Role overview
Neft Energies is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a project-based assignment in Riyadh. Candidates who are already in Riyadh or open to relocating there are preferred.
What you will handle
- Offer daily technical assistance to employees across hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Investigate problems, resolve them when possible, and pass along more complex matters to the appropriate team.
- Install, configure, and keep user devices and connected equipment running smoothly.
- Help manage user access, account setup, and basic connectivity across the network.
- Keep clear records of technical issues, fixes, and follow-up actions.
What the role calls for
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Practical knowledge of Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365, and core networking concepts.
- Hands-on familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Good problem-solving ability and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work on a fixed-term, project-based arrangement.
- Ability to work in Arabic and English is preferred.

This is a project-based opportunity. The employer prefers applicants who are based in Riyadh or willing to move there for the assignment.
