About the Role
Infosys BPM is looking for professionals to join its International Customer Support voice team. This opportunity is suited for candidates who enjoy client interaction, communicate clearly, and can support customers from global markets.
Walk-In Drive Details
The recruitment drive will be conducted on 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 24th, and 31st July 2026. Reporting time is 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The venue is Infosys Limited, Plot No IIIG/2, P. S.-New Town, Kolkata - 700135 (Hatisala).

What You Will Do
- Respond to international customers over voice calls and handle their service needs.
- Address customer queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Use active listening to build rapport and support positive customer relationships.
- Find appropriate solutions by working through internal tools and systems.
- Adjust quickly to new processes, technologies, and support workflows.
Skills and Attributes
The role calls for strong spoken communication, customer-first thinking, and the ability to manage calls professionally. A quick-learning mindset, comfort with technology, and adaptability to process changes are also important.
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience in international voice support.
- Excellent English communication skills across speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Readiness to work from the Bengaluru or Pune location.

- An updated printed resume.
- Any two government-issued IDs such as PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID.
- Original academic documents.
- 10th and 12th mark sheets.
- Graduation mark sheets, CMM, provisional certificate, and degree certificate.
Important Notes
Laptops and cameras are not allowed at the venue. A government ID is compulsory for entry into the campus.
