  • Apply time study, work measurement, sampling, MTM concepts, and motion study techniques such as MOST and MODAPTS.
  • Contribute to line automation solutions and IoT-based systems, where applicable.
  • Work on SAP/MES systems, EBOM to BOM conversion, work center creation, and BOM release support.
  • Carry out time-and-motion studies and apply line balancing methods to improve manpower and resource use.
  • Drive lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and waste elimination to improve efficiency.
  • Build and update capacity plans, monitor throughput, and improve OEE.
  • Support NPI activities by ensuring manufacturability, process readiness, and smooth launches.
  • Plan and improve plant layouts, workflows, and material movement to increase space and process efficiency.
  • Spot production constraints, perform root cause analysis, and put long-term corrective actions in place.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on continuous improvement activities.
  • Use ERP/MES, Excel, Power BI, and Minitab for analysis, reporting, and decision support.
  • Support quality compliance, FMEA/SPC activities, and yield improvement in SMT, PCBA, and EMS operations.
