This role is for a United States-based Implementation Manager supporting 9amHealth through a partner company that oversees applications and hiring steps. The position is responsible for guiding new employer and partner clients through onboarding from contract signing to launch and the period after go-live.

You will act as the main operational lead for complex implementations, keeping cross-functional work moving between internal teams and external partners. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or a similar client-facing operations role.
  • Background in digital health, SaaS, employer benefits, or B2B2C environments is preferred.
  • Solid technical familiarity with APIs, data formats, file transfers, and system integrations.
  • Experience handling several complex implementations at the same time.
  • Comfort using tools such as Asana, Jira, Slack, and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability with a focus on identifying and resolving issues early.
