Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HRIS administration, including setup, data quality, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related area, or an equivalent mix of training and experience.
  • Prior experience in an HRIS Administrator role or a similar position, with hands-on knowledge of UKG products such as Kronos Workforce Central, UKG Pro, or comparable systems.
  • Solid working knowledge of HR functions such as payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Ability to work with data analytics tools, reporting platforms, and HR metrics.
  • Nice to have: experience with SQL or another query language.
