Role Overview

This position is for an HR Manager based in Abu Dhabi, Mussafah, within the oil and gas, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. The role offers a monthly package of AED 25,000 to AED 30,000, along with private medical coverage, an annual flight ticket, and an annual discretionary bonus.

Work Setup

The job is office-based and follows a six-day work week, with Saturdays off.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves leading human resources activities in a hands-on capacity, with a strong focus on large-scale workforce management, blue-collar hiring, and operational HR support for industrial environments.

Required Background

Candidates must bring over 10 years of practical HR experience across international and regional businesses. Prior exposure to oil and gas, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering organizations is essential, along with proven HR leadership experience in the UAE and a solid understanding of UAE labour regulations. Experience working with blue-collar employees is also required, including managing high-volume recruitment, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.

Language Requirement

Strong verbal and written English communication skills are necessary for this role.
