What you will do

In this position, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and assist with day-to-day tasks such as:

• Light household work, including tidying, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal care support like helping with dressing, grooming, and meals
• Running errands, shopping for groceries, and accompanying clients to appointments

Eligibility requirements

• A valid driver’s license or state ID is required
• Reliable transportation is needed
• Applicants do not need prior experience, though certified nursing assistants are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to complete organizational training and any training required by the state
• Must meet state background screening standards

Bonus and policy details

The $1,000 new hire milestone bonus applies to caregivers who begin on 6/22/2026 or later. The bonus is paid in eight installments and is fully earned after 1,000 worked hours from the start date. To count toward the payout, caregivers must remain active and use electronic visit verification for their hours. Employees moving over from another organization within the Help at Home, LLC group are not eligible. Former employees may qualify only if they are returning after at least one year away. All bonus milestones must be completed within 18 months of the start date.
