Role Overview
This Help Desk Agent position focuses on delivering timely technical assistance to internal users. You will help resolve hardware and software issues, handle user queries, and contribute to ongoing improvements in support operations. The role is a second-shift position that supports evening business hours and plays an important part in maintaining staff productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will involve receiving and resolving support requests across multiple channels, documenting cases, and helping users with both technical and application-related questions. You will also troubleshoot issues, escalate urgent matters when needed, and support process enhancement efforts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least one year of help desk experience, ideally from a law firm or another professional services environment. A background in Information Systems, Technology, or a related field is preferred, though comparable experience may be accepted. Strong familiarity with Microsoft desktop tools, Office 365, Exchange-based Outlook, SCCM, Active Directory basics, and common legal-industry applications is expected.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
