The ideal candidate is highly results-focused, sales-driven, and experienced in merchandising within a fashion retail setting. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, sound prioritisation, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines are all important for success in this role.
