Role Overview

This position is for a senior project delivery leader who will oversee interior execution and client operations across multiple sites. The role calls for someone who can take full ownership of delivery, coordinate with clients and vendors, and keep projects aligned with quality, cost, and schedule expectations.

Core Scope

• Lead interior execution activities with a strong focus on end-to-end delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day work across several project locations, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor BOQ, billing processes, change requests, and variation handling.
• Ensure work quality, progress tracking, and deadline adherence across all assigned sites.
• Drive execution with accountability, leadership, and prompt issue resolution.

Experience Needed

The role requires 8 to 12+ years of experience in interior execution.
