Role Overview
The company is looking to strengthen its team as soon as possible with a Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/f/d) in Leipzig.
In this position, you will bring a strong commitment, a clear focus on excellent service, and genuine enthusiasm for creating positive experiences for guests within a fast-paced front office team.
Key Duties
- You will be the first point of contact for guests and will enjoy the lively atmosphere of the lobby.
- You will manage smooth check-ins and check-outs, as well as reservations, guest queries, telephone calls, and payment processing.
- You will help deliver an exceptional guest journey by supporting every stage of the stay and advising guests on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- You should project patience, empathy, and a welcoming attitude so guests feel comfortable and well received.
- As part of the team, you will work proactively to maintain guest satisfaction and ensure the front office runs smoothly by coordinating closely with other departments.
Profile
Ideally, you bring experience from a similar role, although it is not mandatory. Strong German and English language skills are essential. You should have an eye for detail, enjoy solving problems creatively, and approach tasks with a practical, hands-on mindset. A strong service orientation, a passion for hospitality, the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, reliability in a demanding environment, and openness to digital tools and new systems are all important. Clear and effective communication is also required.
