Overview
Toloka brings together inquisitive, capable people from many countries to complete freelance online tasks that help train and improve artificial intelligence systems.
Toloka Annotators works on Generative AI initiatives with well-known technology innovators. The aim is to support better AI by involving real people throughout the development process.
Role summary
As an annotator, you may be asked to contribute to online projects when they are active. These could include judging AI-generated text, checking whether facts are correct, or comparing different responses.
Responsibilities
- Review supplied materials carefully, including text, images, and videos.
- Tag, sort, or classify content according to the project rules.
- Spot and report content that is inaccurate, sensitive, inappropriate, or difficult to interpret.
Project-based nature
This is not continuous work; assignments are available only when relevant projects are open. Depending on your profile and the current need, you may be selected for one or more projects.
Compensation
Pay varies by project depending on the size and complexity of the work. For this assignment, the equivalent earning rate is up to $22 per hour.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional role.
- Advanced English ability at C1 level or above, both written and spoken.
- Strong logical reasoning, fact-checking, and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good communication skills, including asking clarifying questions when required.
- Authentic interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
