Founding Product Manager

Role overview

This is a high-impact product leadership role based in Dubai, focused on building ambitious AI-driven products and ventures alongside a specialist product and AI consultancy. The position gives you exposure to multiple client businesses rather than a single long-term product, with responsibility for shaping strategy, guiding discovery, and helping launch new offerings in fast-moving environments.

You will work closely with founders, executives, and senior leaders to define what to build, why it matters, and how to bring ideas from concept to scale. The role suits someone who enjoys early-stage product work, customer interaction, and solving complex problems across several projects at once.

Key responsibilities

• Set product direction and drive delivery across several client projects at the same time.
• Collaborate with founders and senior stakeholders on discovery, roadmap planning, customer research, and market launch strategy.
• Help design and build AI-enabled products, digital platforms, and venture-building initiatives from initial concept through growth.
• Work side by side with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver outcomes that are measurable and commercially meaningful.
• Contribute to building the product team culture as the Dubai operation expands.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate brings at least four years of product management experience and a strong interest in creating outstanding products. Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, founding product manager, or founding employee is especially valuable.

You should have a track record of taking products from zero to one and then supporting successful scale-up. Experience in AI, SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or digital platform businesses is an advantage. Strong client-facing communication skills and comfort working through ambiguity with senior stakeholders are important. Experience in a leading consultancy environment would be a strong plus.

Compensation and benefits

• Monthly salary of 45,000 to 55,000 AED.
