Role Summary

This position is for a Fire & Emergency Response Technician who will help keep emergency readiness high and support the upkeep of fire protection systems in an industrial setting.

Key Duties

• Attend and respond to fire-related and other emergency events as required.
• Carry out inspection, testing, calibration, and routine maintenance of fire and emergency response tools and equipment.
• Maintain the readiness of emergency response facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
• Take part in emergency drills, scenario-based exercises, and team training activities.
• Contribute to building the capability and skill level of the emergency response team.
• Help with emergency and crisis preparedness planning.
• Support safe plant and operational activity by ensuring strong emergency preparedness measures.

Experience and Qualifications

• A background of 3 to 5 years in firefighting or emergency response work is required.
• Previous exposure to industrial environments is preferred.
• Basic certification such as NFPA or an equivalent qualification is needed.
• The role calls for strong cooperation skills and an emergency response-focused mindset.
