Role overview
The Young Leaders Program is a consulting pathway based in the Lagos office for ambitious recent graduates who want to build a career in client service and leadership. It is designed for early-career talent from a range of academic backgrounds who are passionate about contributing to meaningful work across Africa.
This opportunity is structured as a one-year program. Participants work directly with clients and become part of small consulting teams, gaining hands-on exposure to real engagements, close mentorship, and accelerated development.
What you will do
You will join project teams of around 3 to 5 consultants and take part in all stages of the client work.
- Collect and interpret information relevant to the client problem.
- Build and test hypotheses to guide analysis and recommendations.
- Develop practical recommendations and communicate them clearly.
- Present findings to clients and help implement agreed actions with client-side teams.
- Work closely with colleagues and clients in a collaborative environment.

Eligibility and qualifications
This opportunity is intended for West African graduates who have completed, or are about to begin, their country's mandatory national youth service. Applicants should hold an undergraduate or master’s degree and have less than 3 years of work experience. Strong academic performance, leadership experience from extracurricular activities or work, analytical ability, teamwork, and clear English communication are expected.
