Role overview
An established organisation in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly experienced and polished Executive Coordinator to support a senior Executive Director. This position plays a vital part in enabling the Executive Director to work efficiently by managing communication, priorities and day-to-day coordination across teams and external contacts.
The role calls for someone who can handle sensitive matters with tact, stay composed under pressure and represent the Executive Director professionally at all times. The position also involves acting as a central point of contact between the Executive Director, internal teams and outside stakeholders.
Compensation
The offered salary is AED 25,000 to AED 34,000 per month, plus an annual bonus.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and oversee the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments and priority tasks.
- Serve as the main contact and filter for matters reaching the Executive Director.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners on the Executive Director’s behalf.
- Draft letters, presentations, reports and briefing documents in Arabic and English.
- Set up meetings, prepare agendas and capture clear and accurate minutes.
- Track action points and follow through to make sure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Keep records, documents and filing systems well maintained and easy to access.
- Spot possible issues early, anticipate needs and resolve problems proactively.
- Support coordination between Support Services and other departments across the organisation.
- Handle several priorities and projects at once while preserving a high level of accuracy.
Candidate profile
The employer is seeking a confident administrative professional with prior experience supporting senior leaders. The ideal person will bring strong organisational ability, sound judgement and the maturity to work in a fast-moving environment.
Additional requirements
- Must be a UAE National and have a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Office Manager or similar senior administrative position.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work with a high degree of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
