Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an Executive Assistant based in Mumbai. This position is intended for female candidates only and is designed for professionals with solid prior experience supporting senior leadership.
Experience and Compensation
The role calls for at least 4 years of relevant experience in executive assistance. The pay package is listed up to 14 LPA, and the work arrangement is work from office.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate internal as well as external meetings.
- Handle travel planning and related arrangements.
- Assist the executive with coordination and correspondence connected to project work.
- Take care of routine administrative tasks for projects whenever needed.
- Track and manage expenses.
- Maintain and monitor timesheets.
