Role Overview

An established, well-capitalized technology company led by a highly respected industry executive is looking for a top-tier Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the CEO’s calendar, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones, with strong judgment and precision.
  • Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, including coordination involving private aircraft.
  • Handle board meeting operations end to end, including preparation of materials, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Manage CEO communications with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Participate in staff and leadership meetings, then monitor action items through to completion.
  • Drive special projects that are strategically important to the business.
  • Organize all aspects of company meetings, off-sites, and executive events.
  • Plan and execute private and business social gatherings from initial concept through delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Support, guide, and mentor junior administrative staff.
  • Handle ad hoc personal errands and special assignments as needed to protect the CEO’s time and priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • A four-year college degree is mandatory.
  • Substantial executive support experience at the C-level, founder level, or SVP level is required.
