Role overview
Outsource is a leading staffing organization focused on placing low-voltage and electrical professionals across the country. The company is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume portfolio of critical client accounts within the hyperscale and data center space. This position acts as the central coordinator for candidate submissions, account-specific compliance steps, and client expectations while working closely with recruiters nationwide to keep quality and process standards consistent.
What you'll do
- Handle the full candidate submission process for assigned hyperscale and data center accounts, making sure each package is complete, correct, and aligned with client rules.
- Check every submission element, including the resume, work history, client forms, and reference details that can be verified.
- Support candidates through each stage of the application journey and be the main contact for updates, paperwork, background screening, and drug testing coordination.
- Arrange and confirm interviews across different time zones, and share scheduling details, preparation guidance, and location-specific instructions.
- Verify start dates and manage all onboarding tasks so candidates are fully prepared for day one.
- Oversee badging and facility access requirements by working with client security teams and site managers.
- Plan and schedule new-hire orientation sessions in line with client calendars and facility availability.
- Coordinate travel for candidates moving to remote or multi-site assignments, including airfare, lodging, and local transportation.
- Act as the national subject-matter resource for assigned accounts by creating, documenting, and sharing standardized workflows and checklists.
- Take on additional duties as the business requires.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting operations, or account coordination.
- Proven success handling large-volume, detail-heavy work with speed and accuracy.
- Strong planning and project coordination abilities, with the flexibility to manage several priorities at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a polished, client-facing style.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
