Overview
Precondo is hiring a full-time Email Marketing Writer for a remote, work-from-home role. The position is focused on crafting persuasive email copy that drives conversions, nurtures prospects, and supports property marketing efforts across campaigns and funnels.
Compensation
The expected pay is USD 2,200 to USD 3,200 per month, based on the typical range for remote email marketing and content roles in the real estate and digital marketing space.
What you’ll do
- Create email content designed to convert, including newsletters, drip sequences, and promotional messages.
- Draft subject lines aimed at improving open rates and reader engagement.
- Group audiences and adapt messaging for different buyer profiles.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams so campaigns match property listings and promotional activity.
- Run A/B tests on email copy and refine results using performance data.
- Keep the brand voice consistent across all email communications.
- Study real estate market trends and bring relevant insights into campaign writing.
What we’re looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing, copywriting, or content writing is preferred.
- Strong ability to write persuasively and tell stories effectively.
- Comfort using email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
- Good understanding of conversion improvement and customer journey planning.
- Ability to stay productive and self-managed in a remote environment.
- Careful attention to detail with solid editing and proofreading skills.
