Key responsibilities

  • Install, test, and configure a range of ELV solutions, including CCTV, access control, audio-visual equipment, and structured cabling for data and telecom networks.
  • Work with biometric and RFID access control systems as part of installation and setup activities.
  • Set up intercoms, PA systems, and other audio-visual communication systems according to project needs.
  • Read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Install and commission automatic sliding doors, gate barriers, and PAVA systems in line with manufacturer instructions and project specifications.
  • Make sure all work complies with safety requirements and local regulations.
  • Carry out regular preventive maintenance to keep systems performing well and extend equipment life.
  • Troubleshoot faults, carry out repairs, and reduce downtime wherever possible.

Requirements

  • A diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with ELV systems.
  • Practical expertise in PAVA systems, sliding gates, swing gates, and gate barrier systems.
  • Comfort using MS Office applications and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematic documents.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and careful attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A valid driving licence and readiness to travel to project sites across the UAE.
  • Valid MCC and SIRA Technician Card preferred, though not mandatory.
