Role overview
This opportunity is for a strategic, learner-centered Education Consultant / Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist who can create, roll out, and review learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability, advance organizational priorities, and lift overall performance. The position involves identifying training needs, shaping development strategies, and delivering learning solutions for different audiences and formats.
What you will do
You will analyze learning gaps, build training frameworks, and create engaging learning content for classroom, virtual, and blended delivery. The role also includes preparing instructional resources, leading training sessions, and making sure learning activities support business goals and competency development needs.
Core work includes curriculum design, e-learning development, learning program coordination, and measuring training impact through assessments, participant feedback, and performance indicators. You will partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, contribute to talent development efforts, and suggest learning interventions that support organizational growth.
In addition, you will assist with learning management system (LMS) implementation, monitor learner progress and outcomes, and refine training methods using data and feedback. You will also help strengthen a culture of ongoing learning, support leadership development programs, and maintain quality and consistency across learning initiatives.
Required profile
This role calls for solid instructional design expertise, confident facilitation, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn business needs into practical learning solutions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or a similar field is required.
- Professional certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training & Development, Coaching, or a related area is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methods, and curriculum creation is expected.
- Background in training delivery, facilitation, and learning program design is beneficial.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and digital training platforms is desirable.
- Ability to carry out training needs analysis and assess learning outcomes using data and feedback is important.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are needed.
- Well-developed organizational and project management abilities are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to content authoring tools, collaboration platforms, or learning technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to create engaging, learner-focused training experiences is essential.
- A professional approach, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and development are expected.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels is required.
