Role Overview
This position supports the Valdosta, GA and Gainesville, FL markets. The District Manager is part of the above-store leadership team and is responsible for driving profitability, building leadership capability, and maintaining strong operational execution across every location in the assigned market. Each market includes 5 to 8 restaurants.
The role partners closely with marketing and recruiting teams to increase guest visits and strengthen internal talent pipelines, helping identify and develop team members who can grow into future leadership roles. As the business continues to expand, the company aims to remain a leading name in Chicken Fingerz, Boneless Wings, and Zalads.
This is a field-based position with travel requirements of up to 75%.
Compensation
Pay range: $80,000 to $95,000 annually, plus up to 30% bonus potential.

Key Duties
- Set quarterly targets for each management team that align with the company strategy and expected performance measures.
- Serve as the communication channel between headquarters and field operations when information needs to be passed down.
- Grow store-level managers by using influence, coaching, and governance.
- Identify and attract future leaders who align with the company culture.
- Invest in people development so teams can strengthen business results.
- Coach future leaders by explaining the reasons behind decisions and using the Plan, Tell, Show, Do, Review training approach.
- Spend at least 6 hours in each location within the district every two weeks.
- Prepare in advance for each store visit with a focus on development and reduce distractions from cell phone or email use during visits.
- Perform store inspections to confirm that brand standards and procedures are consistently followed.
- Safeguard the brand by ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
- Build and sustain community partnerships through creative outreach with a range of organizations.
- Work with headquarters to remove obstacles affecting district performance.
- Handle other duties needed to keep district operations running effectively.
- Partner with different departments to evaluate and approve growth opportunities in the district.

Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants should bring 7 or more years of multi-unit leadership experience. A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation are required, along with successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle report.
