About the team and progression

Dispensing Opticians are key members of the store management team, so the business is keen to bring someone in who can quickly become confident in the role. There are options to develop further through ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway). For someone with both clinical and retail capability, this role can also support longer-term ambitions such as moving toward store director responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will already be a qualified Dispensing Optician and registered with the GOC. They should be self-assured, hardworking, and motivated to achieve strong results.
