Role Overview

This position is for an experienced model audit leader with a strong interest in financial modelling and a desire to grow a practice. The role focuses on guiding a team of modelling specialists to assess financial models and ensure they are dependable, well-structured, and accurate.

Operations

• Drive the growth and capability building of the model audit team in-country.
• Oversee multiple teams working across a range of live assignments.
• Offer strategic direction and practical insight to support delivery across engagements.
• Examine commercial agreements and make sure the model reflects them correctly.
• Improve financial modelling methods and internal tools, with an emphasis on innovation and continuous enhancement.
• Plan and allocate team resources effectively.

People

• Build and develop a high-performing, respected team.
• Encourage a collaborative culture with strong performance standards.

Growth

• Support the expansion of the model audit practice within the local market.
• Contribute to business development efforts in a key sector of the business.
• Take part in preparing and refining client pitch materials.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should also hold a degree in a numerate subject; a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is preferred. Familiarity with the FAST financial modelling standard is a plus.
