Developer Relations Manager - ANZ

About the Role

NVIDIA is seeking a Developer Relations Manager for the ANZ region based in Sydney. In this position, you will work closely with a broad developer community spanning enterprise, government, startups, and independent software vendors, while reporting to the APAC Head of Developer Ecosystems. The focus of the role is to help drive the adoption of GPU-accelerated computing in ANZ startups and to support the next wave of AI-led computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of AI for robotics, generative AI workflows, and LLM developments, while helping shape partnerships, community engagement, conference participation, and influencer networks.
• Identify business and technical opportunities where NVIDIA AI software can address real-world problems and help move ideas from concept through prioritization and adoption.
• Represent NVIDIA’s tools, libraries, and SDKs to developers across ANZ and support their AI development efforts.
• Surface adoption barriers, uncover new workflow opportunities, and share feedback with internal product teams.
• Work in coordination with partner managers, solution architects, industry business development managers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Use conferencing and other collaboration tools extensively, with some travel required, while helping partners succeed and finding the best approach to deliver results.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, including work on GPU-accelerated computing solutions.
• Practical exposure to generative AI and the LLM ecosystem in startup, ISV, data repository, CSP, and SaaS/platform environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, along with a deep understanding of developer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain value to both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Strong program and project management capability, including planning, prioritizing, and driving multiple initiatives at the same time with internal and external partners.
• Deep familiarity with recent progress in LLMs, VLMs, agentic AI, and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience in software architecture, implementation, and programming.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, a growth mindset, and a focus on achieving goals through continuous learning.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building solutions using ML/DL frameworks and working with AIOps/MLOps partner ecosystems across cloud and on-premise environments.
• A background in software engineering or application development, with strong empathy for developers and builders.
• Exposure to NVIDIA AI software such as NeMo, Triton, and RAPIDS.
