In this role, you will represent the company professionally while supporting a loyal customer base and learning new systems and processes quickly to help day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Key Duties
- Work closely with a team that prioritizes customer service.
- Prepare parts orders for customers.
- Deliver automotive parts to mechanics.
- Collect products from different suppliers.
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Handle incoming sales through phone and online channels.
- Assist customers in-store.
- Receive incoming stock and process it accurately.
- Pick and process purchase orders.
Requirements
- Valid full manual driver licence with a clean or strong driving history.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and a professional approach.
