Job Summary
This role is for a Data Analyst who will support decision-making by working with data, preparing reports, and turning raw information into practical insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with SQL, Python, and foundational data processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data from multiple sources and structure it for use
- Review, clean, and verify datasets to maintain accuracy
- Study the data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
- Build straightforward reports and dashboards
- Use basic SQL to retrieve the required information
- Collaborate with teammates to clarify reporting and data requirements
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Introductory Python experience, especially with Pandas
- Understanding of analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
- Ability to handle and work through large datasets
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ETL concepts or data pipeline basics
- Beginning-level familiarity with AWS or Azure
- Experience using dashboarding or reporting software
Qualification
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline is preferred.
