Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role overview

O Boticário - CP Produtos de Beleza Aroma is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst to support business decisions through clean, well-structured data and clear reporting. In this role, you will gather information from internal sources, prepare and organize datasets, and turn them into easy-to-understand dashboards, summaries, and performance metrics. You will also help build basic data models, check results with other teams, and make sure information remains accurate and consistent.

What you'll do

• Collect data from different internal business sources and prepare it for analysis.
• Clean, structure, and organize datasets so they are ready for reporting and decision-making.
• Create straightforward reports, dashboards, and metrics for business, marketing, and operations teams.
• Support the development of simple data models and verify outputs with relevant stakeholders.
• Document workflows, processes, and findings in a clear and practical way.
• Explain insights to non-technical colleagues in a simple and understandable manner.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking with foundational knowledge of data analysis and the ability to identify meaningful patterns.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling concepts.
• Good communication skills to present results clearly and work with cross-functional teams.
• A university background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar spreadsheet-based tools.
• Nice to have: early exposure to SQL or Python for data analysis, plus curiosity to learn new technologies and working methods.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time well, and maintain strong attention to detail.

This is a full-time remote position.
