Role overview
Raycom Engineering, part of Wafi Group’s Industrial Division, is looking to add a Customer Support Executive to its Dubai team. The position suits a service-oriented professional with UAE market experience who is comfortable in a dynamic engineering environment.
What you will do
In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations and sales orders, work closely with sales engineers, monitor order status, maintain records and reports, and help ensure a high standard of customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
Eligibility and requirements
This opportunity is intended for graduates from a business-related discipline with at least 3 years of UAE experience. Strong communication and coordination abilities are important, along with prior exposure to customer service, sales support, order processing, or administrative work. Good reporting and documentation skills are also expected.
