Role Overview
Credit Corp Financial Services (CCFS) is hiring a Customer Service Officer for its digital-first lending brand, Wizit. The business focuses on making credit more accessible while practising responsible lending and using modern technology to deliver a smooth customer experience. The role is based in Sydney CBD, within walking distance of Wynyard station and the Barangaroo precinct.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a large number of incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Make outbound calls to customers and relevant third parties.
- Handle documentation and support application completion so cases are ready for assessment.
- Assist with verification checks for the loan verification team.
- Work toward strong customer service standards and outcomes.
- Contribute to additional initiatives that improve the customer experience.

Work Schedule
This is a permanent full-time position. You must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
