Role overview
A well-known consumer goods company is looking for a Creative Project Manager to support its creative operations in Greater Boston. This contract role is hybrid and centers on coordinating creative workflow, keeping projects on track, and helping teams deliver print and digital assets efficiently.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is necessary.
- You should bring 3 to 9+ years of experience in project management or traffic management in a creative setting.
- Background in an in-house creative team or an agency environment supporting multiple offices is important.
- Confidence with Workfront, Excel, and Microsoft Word is required; Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint are advantageous.
- You need strong organization and the ability to juggle several projects at once.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project traffic and creative workflow for print and digital deliverables from the initial kickoff through final file handoff.
- Take ownership of 1 to 2 product categories, maintain back-planned schedules, and keep marketing, product development, and media teams informed of milestones.
- Run daily and weekly progress meetings with creative team members and internal business partners.
- Build, review, and negotiate timelines, staffing, and schedules with brand, product, and creative stakeholders.
- Spot bottlenecks in the workflow and introduce process improvements across team operations and project management systems.
