Role overview
A growing consultancy in Dublin is expanding its commercial and residential workload and is hiring an experienced Construction Estimator to support its continued growth. The role is suited to someone who can produce accurate pricing work and help secure profitable projects across both sectors.

Hybrid working is available for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Build precise, fully detailed, and on-time tender submissions from drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and other project information.
- Request pricing from subcontractors and suppliers, review responses for gaps, risks, and qualifications, and follow up for clarification where needed.
- Issue drawings and supporting documentation to subcontractors or suppliers to obtain quotations for individual work packages.
- Support the improvement of tendering systems and procedures, while staying informed about contractual updates and wider developments in the construction sector.
Candidate profile
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable estimating position.
- A qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong numerical ability.
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and QS or similar software.
