Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing the full administrative workflow for trade license renewals and handling all related questions from partners and clients. The role also involves keeping the CRM system up to date and checking that all information is accurate so processes continue without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients and partners ahead of upcoming license renewals by responding to queries promptly through email and phone, following internal timelines and procedures, and helping resolve issues that may arise.
  • Deliver a high standard of client service to protect the company’s reputation and maintain a positive experience for partners and customers.
  • Maintain and refresh CRM records regularly, ensuring data accuracy and organized workload management.
