About Arkadium
Arkadium has spent the last two decades building games that are meant to be enjoyed by players around the world. The company develops some of the most widely played games globally, including Solitaire experiences that originally shipped with Windows, along with hundreds of other titles available on Arkadium.com, iOS, Android, and major partner platforms.
As an Evergreen business, Arkadium is guided by three core values: Fierce Drive, Positive Energy, and Living Full Lives. The company is privately owned, founder-led, and frequently recognized as a great place to work, reflecting a stable and creative environment rather than a typical games studio.

- Maintain company-wide compliance across legal, financial, and operational areas.
- Support the growth of direct reports through coaching, feedback, and a culture that encourages continuous improvement.
- When required, help attract and hire top performers by building an environment where strong individuals and teams can thrive.
Requirements

- A naturally inquisitive mindset and willingness to keep learning.
Compensation and Benefits
