About the Role
I Way Solutions is urgently hiring for a Chat Support Executive position for an international BPO located in Mohali. This role involves both voice and non-voice processes. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. The company is a leading MNC BPO, and this is a full-time, onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions via chat.
- Deliver excellent customer service to international clients.
- Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Perform tasks related to both voice and non-voice processes.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is 12th pass.
- Graduates and Post Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations is required.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
