About the Role
Running Cables is hiring a dependable Cable Technician to support its expanding operations. The role is a great fit for someone who enjoys network installations, low-voltage cabling work, and delivering a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, terminate, and verify low-voltage cabling systems, including coaxial and ethernet lines, for both homes and businesses.
- Diagnose connection problems and restore network performance where needed.
- Install and secure equipment while keeping the finished work neat and professional.
- Keep the job site safe, orderly, and well-managed throughout the workday.
- Represent the company well by communicating clearly and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in cable installation or a closely related role.
- Solid knowledge of low-voltage cabling standards and industry best practices.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working on your own as well as collaborating with a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to dependable transportation.
