About the internship
Gharpayy is seeking a Business Development (Sales) intern to join its office-based team in Bangalore. This role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about selling, comfortable working with digital channels, and eager to build practical experience in lead generation, client communication, and revenue-focused work.
What you’ll do
- Identify and reach out to prospects using digital marketing channels to create new leads.
- Study the market to spot potential customers, demand patterns, and emerging trends.
- Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Handle written communication with clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Work with the sales team to help shape strategies that can improve revenue.
- Participate in sales discussions and training sessions to strengthen your abilities.
- Assist the Business Development Manager with everyday tasks and ongoing projects.

Compensation and stipend structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 17,000 to INR 25,000. The pay breakdown includes a fixed component of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month.
