Role Overview
Fresha is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to support its ambitious growth plans. This role reports to the Head of Sales for Europe and works closely with the Commercial team and prospective partners, with a primary focus on generating new business.
The position suits someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, works well independently, thrives on challenges, and wants to make a measurable impact. The London team works from the office five days a week, in a dog-friendly workspace at The Bower, 207-211 Old St, Tower, London EC1V 9NR.
What You Will Do
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and target expectations.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through calls, email, and social channels, with occasional in-person meetings when suitable.
- Showcase, position, and sell Fresha’s products and services through demos to both prospective and current partners.
- Manage the full sales journey from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Assess partner needs and business fit through cost-benefit analysis and requirement discovery.
- Work with internal teams to ensure partners receive a smooth and coordinated experience.
- Share insights on market activity and emerging industry trends.
- Respond to 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and record all call outcomes in the CRM.
- Act as the main commercial contact for partners across all business matters.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven record of performance.
- Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
- A proactive, hunter-style approach with strong relationship-building ability.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A naturally curious mindset and a willingness to keep learning and developing.
Additional Advantage
- Fluency in English plus another language is a plus.
- Previous exposure to the beauty and wellness industry is beneficial.
Interview Process
- Screening call with a Talent Team member via video, lasting 30 minutes.
- Skills and experience discussion with Team Leads, conducted by video or in person, lasting 30 minutes.
- In-person presentation with the General Manager for the UK & Ireland and Team Leads, lasting 60 minutes.
