Business Analyst

Role Summary

VisionsDream Cloud is hiring a proactive, detail-focused Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role centers on clarifying business needs, documenting requirements, shaping workflows, and helping ensure cloud and CRM solutions create measurable value. It is well-suited to someone who communicates clearly, documents thoroughly, and enjoys solving problems collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and workshops to uncover, analyze, and record business and system requirements.
• Convert business needs into precise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that development teams can act on.
• Build clear visual maps of existing and proposed business processes using tools such as SketchWow, Lucidchart, or Visio.
• Take part in Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while helping manage the product backlog with project managers and technical leads.
• Support QA efforts by contributing to test planning and work closely with the QA team during User Acceptance Testing to confirm the solution matches the agreed requirements.
• Help prepare training assets, release notes, and supporting documentation to encourage user adoption and ease post-launch transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3 to 4 years of practical experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to CRM systems, cloud environments, or SaaS implementations.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Good working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methods and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the confidence to discuss technical details with developers and business priorities with leadership.
• Basic familiarity with data modelling and the ability to perform simple data analysis in Excel or comparable tools.
